What do I do?

For my fibromyalgia, I currently take the following Medications/supplements Multi-vitamin – Naturapathy Dr does not recommend Centrum or most pharmacy brand multi’s Calcium & Magnesium with vitamin D – Calcium cuz Women with Endo are more susceptible to Osteoporosis. Mg & D to help absorb the Calcium. The Magnesium also to help with muscle spasms…
